A reader I don’t know sent me a long private message about why Alex Edelman isn’t funny. Why I was wrong. It’s impossible to convince someone that someone else isn’t funny. Arguments don’t do much good. He gave me a long list. I still think he’s funny.
I heard Alex Edelman on This American Life describe the time his Orthodox Jewish family celebrated Christmas with a tree and a visit from Santa and all. It was one of the funniest bits I ever heard.
