Loved this! Thank you so much for sharing. I never met James Brown but I did have the pleasure of interviewing Pavarotti and he was every bit the sweetheart and teddy bear one might expect. I have no doubt he brought those qualities out in the late, great godfather of soul as well.
Yes, It was really amazing to see and hear that. I never would have found that by myself, but in a group such as ours, with so many heads, ears, and eyes, there it was. I love the Penn South Writers group!
