LOVE THIS! sometime in the 90's I was in soho checking out the galleries. I went into Mary Boone gallery. and there was Yoko Ono supervising her exhibit, because a sign in the window announced "gallery closed for installation" she assumed I must be part of the installlation crew. she was exhibiting sculptural trees. they were all.lying on the ground. there were some logs textured included in the mix. I really appreciated the work. she asked for my opinion. I suggested a different arrangement. she agreed. Mary Boone only wore red shoes. I noticed just her shoes because she had her back to me. I revisited the exhibit again week later. the logs were arranged in the way I suggested.
