Yale class on happiness, just okay? I'm unhappy to hear that! Have you heard the happiness project podcast? I've really enjoyed that, so this surprises me. That list looks extensive and exhausting. Just getting a fraction of those tasks accomplished to me would be worthwhile! Especially providing the meal to the gourmand.
