Esther.... I hope you find a warm Caribbean corner in which to find relief from winter.
Heidi and I may make the trip to New Haven for lunch with old friends and classmates in early November.
We plan to travel with friends to Tobago, Grenada, Antigua, St Lucia, and Sint Maarten in late November.
January & February will find us wrapped in multiple layers of clothing and uncertainty, as we take our daily beach walks in Sea Pines on Hilton Head. Some days will bring warm sun on a winter day, while others will remind us harshly of winter’s wrath along the Atlantic. In either instance, we’ll embrace the solitude of the winter beach.
your winter sounds wonderful. we love the caribbean too (the grenadines fantastic). we will be in the city most of the winter but will GO SOMEWHERE although I'm not sure where. Maybe Egypt (!) xxxx
