to read poems

Dear Esther Cohen,

It’s presumptuous on your part

to think that people have all the time in the world

to read your poems every single day.

I wouldn’t say Cease and Desist.

That seems a little too strong

for what I intend to communicate here.

Still, my hope is that through this note,

you will get the idea that Enough is Enough

(if you know what I mean.)
