Road Trip, Found Poem
looking for suggestions for our annual car trip with infinite stops
In the course of googling

with CLAUDE, I found this
restaurant review from one
of the hotels. And thought
it would be a crazy poem. (mildly edited):
I love all the details. You might too.
Hotel Restaurant REVIEW (a found poem)
I started with the French onion soup.
While the soup itself was good,
there were large chunks of what I believe was blue cheese throughout.
Several bites were almost entirely cheese. Overwhelming and unpleasant.
We were seated at 6:51 PM, and our food arrived at 7:32 PM. Not bad.
The appetizer my friend originally ordered was unavailable.
Twenty minutes for us to be informed.
It would have been nice to know sooner.
The atmosphere was amazing. The building was beautiful.
Our server wasn't very attentive, but whenever she did come by,
she was friendly and
pleasant. We both ordered dessert. I
got the crème brûlée, which was very small and unfortunately
the worst crème brûlée I've ever had. Barely any caramelized sugar on top, so there
wasn't that signature crack that makes crème brûlée so enjoyable. To make matters
worse, I found a long hair in it, which ruined the dessert for me.
My friend ordered a different dessert and really enjoyed his.
Overall, a decent place to eat.
Our total came to $120.77 for two.
The atmosphere was excellent, entrées were enjoyable, but
the French onion soup, delay in informing us about the unavailable appetizer,
inattentive service, and the disappointing crème brûlée
kept the experience from being better.

One visit/hair would bet the last for me.
Not only is it a poem but it's the story of life.....
