Some things are not
so easy to describe. We
sat with an old friend
and her two younger friends
Syrian lawyer
Tunisian freelancer
married to a woman from Kentucky
we all drank coffee
and talked and talked and talked.
Life could not
be better than this.
So glad you are loving Paris. For me Paris is the broad space of tables in front of the cafés, and sitting at one table with friends, going through the ritual of the *citron pressé” Salamis, cheeses, and of course wonderful breads. Please find an authentic brioche - Zoé says they hardly exist. I wonder if Marseille will seem very different. Still with cafés I’m sure and breads.
A holy Trinity:
Paris, friends, coffee
