MEG DELLENBAUGH, or Don't Miss This
So one of my ideas that I've mentioned here a few times is writing a DON"T MISS THIS collection of poems. A poetry guidebook to some of what I love. Meg Dellenbaugh would be on that list. And although I don't relate to much of the language of some kinds of processes (Cranial Sacral. What connects them. What happens when they're touched) I LOVE CRANIAL SACRAL THERAPY. Maybe it could just be called TOUCH. Here's a formal definition Cranial sacral therapy (also known as craniosacral therapy) is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.

When I visit Meg sometimes hard to know when I haven't been able to see her for a while because when she's here I'm not yesterday when I visited Meg lay down on her massage table covered in white I'd prefer red silk when I visit Meg happy walking in her door first floor apartment for an hour I don't know what she does not really she moves my body gently not massage something more magical and I leave feeling different grateful lighter ready to come back to Meg soon.
