A few days ago
a friend asked an odd question:
Can you still laugh now?
I don’t know what I’d do
if I couldn’t. Laughter
was my family’s religion.
We laughed No Matter What.
After my mother died
at the Griffin Hospital
an earnest doctor came in the room
and said we have to do a test
to see if she’s actually dead.
I knew my mother
would have laughed if she could.
Yesterday I got an email
suggesting a national campaign
for drag queens to change
their names to Rhonda Santis.
(I posted that on facebook
and someone I know said
how can you laugh at that?)
I love that it is your religion.it is soooo important to laugh!! Keep it ip
RHONDA DiSANTIS! Wonderful, What a drag DeSantis is.
