we went there and went there and went again

and last night at Dargon celebrating our friend Didi’s birthday

her granddaughter Louisa’s birth she

even has a fascinating husband Tom last night Dargon

special margaritas we did not discuss

the complexity of Israelis Tom described

the origins of H Pylori (not a Type A Ulcer) Didi

told her family stories (what a family) last night

warm enough, good friends walked by, last night

June 2, before we listened to the mayoral debates

before the usual worries descended, Israel, as one

good example, there we were

outside cheesecake made of Lebne, there we were

living life as though there were no Big Problems

as though we can have what we thought was our real life, again.
