Most of my life I did not pay
much attention to body parts
(except for teeth only because
my teeth have always required
attention 12 dentists in my life
one of them Jean Boudin sent me to
so many years ago she had amazing
dentures I do not have dentures
he used gas tanks I love gas tanks
but he was arrested and went to jail
and Jean had to find another dentist
and so did I) anyway I did not pay
much attention to body parts
and neither did the young world
I lived in then but most days now
I get a body parts text (do you know
a good ENT from my friend Gail today
and I was on the phone with Laura who
said yes she highly recommends
Stacy Silver and then
somebody said what’s with Jews
and all their wealthy last names
Silver Gold Diamond and as usual I forgot
about body parts and wrote a poem.
aside from the wealthy jewish names there are jewish names worth pondering. I once had a jewish dentist named dr. yanker. my wife had a gynecologist. named dr. schnipper. in junior high school there was a girls named. Marcia lipshitz the kids would tease her by saying, "Marcia if your lip shitz than my ass talks." what's in a name?-xx
Wow. I never thought about that! But sounds like there's a larger poem in it.
